Enreach is planning an internal migration project to move all Swedish mobile subscriptions from the current Telia SE provisioning API interface to a new one. This change is necessary due to Telia's update of their operational systems.

Please note there will be no changes to features or functionalities. However, the migration process requires each mobile number to be temporarily deleted and then immediately reactivated in the new interface.
To complete this migration, we will perform scheduled maintenance to transition all Swedish mobile subscriptions to the new Telia provisioning interface.

During the migration, each affected mobile subscription may experience a brief service interruption (appr 20 sec) for both voice and data. Our team will closely monitor the process to ensure all services are restored promptly.

Note: mobile device will automatically receive the new provisioning information. However, this process may take some time, depending on how frequently the device updates its location with the network. To speed up the process, you can either restart the mobile device or toggle flight mode off and on. This forces the device to retrieve the updated services immediately.
