Investigating - Dear Customer,
Enreach is investigating possible problem in part of telephony call traffic. It seems that about 2% of calls via DNA operator are currently failing. Operator is investigating the problem.
We'll update additional information as soon as we know more about the incident.

The issue with Voice for Android notifications has been resolved. A new version of the app, version 2024.2.1, is being rolled out to Google Play where it will be available shortly. Please update your mobile app to this latest version to restore the notification functionality.

We'll perform Cloud Core 2024.6.0 version update to environments: Silo02-Sedna & Silo03-Elisa.
During this maintenance there will be short (1-2 min) time when new incoming CC calls cannot be served. We will monitor the situation and make sure that normal functionality is restored after the maintenance.
This update is necessary to enable new features and to ensure the availability and security of the services.
