Identified - Due to a recently identified critical security vulnerability affecting our identity management platform, the password reset functionality has been temporarily disabled as a precautionary measure.
Affected users: Users authenticated through Enreach Identity without Azure federation.
If you need to reset your password while this functionality is unavailable, please contact our support team for assistance.

We'll perform Cloud Core 2026.4.0 version update to environments: Silo02-Sedna, Silo03-Elisa.
During this maintenance there will be short (1-2 min) time when new incoming CC calls cannot be served. We will monitor the situation and make sure that normal functionality is restored after the maintenance.
This update is necessary to enable new features and to ensure the availability and security of the services.

FTP file transfer service maintenance Sep 17, 2026 22:00-23:00 EEST
We will be changing the load balancer in front of the FTP file transfer service during the maintenance window. This will cause 15min break to outside/internet connectivity. Internally for example analytics data is updated to the FTP server, but it cannot be accessed during the break.
We will monitor the situation and make sure that normal functionality is restored after the maintenance. This update is necessary to ensure availability and security of the services.
