Cloud Core 2026.1.0 version update Feb 12, 2026 22:00 - Feb 13, 2026 00:00 EET

We'll perform Cloud Core 2026.1.0 version update to all environments.

During this maintenance there will be short (1-2 min) time when new incoming CC calls cannot be served. We will monitor the situation and make sure that normal functionality is restored after the maintenance.

This update is necessary to enable new features and to ensure the availability and security of the services.

Resolved - Post-call transcript slowdowns at the data center processing have been resolved. The handling was halted for some time, but now the queues are mostly empty.
