Enreach Voice Analytics technical backend will be updated to guarantee the availability and security of the service. Maintenance window here will be 4 hours long and the service is unavailable major part of the maintenance time. This update does not have effect to user interface or to service functionality.

This maintenance will be done in three parts. Coming maintenances will be announced later.
