Some services down due to major Microsoft outage

Monitoring - Microsoft has implemented fixes and services seem to recover. There could be still issues present, but retrying multiple times will hopefully open services. Enreach will continue to monitor the situation.

Identified - Some of the Enreach services are not working fully or partly due to major Microsoft outage. Microsoft is working on the solution and we will update the situation once services start coming up.

During this maintenance there will be short (1-2 min) time when new incoming CC calls cannot be served. We will monitor the situation and make sure that normal functionality is restored after the maintenance.

This restart is necessary for life cycle management to ensure the availability and security of the services.
